Do you charge for the initial consultation/interview?
The initial consultation is absolutely free. It will take up to 50 minutes of your time. Its goal is to understand whether you may satisfy your need in your partner’s search with our services in the best possible way.
Will the same person who conducts my initial interview be matchmaking for me?
Yes, but a team of 3-5 people will work to fulfil your request as correctly as possible, depending on its complexity.
What is your cost?
All prices are discussed individually after a preliminary interview. We have several ready-made service packages, but we do not offer templates. Instead, we adapt them to the specific client’s request.
Your willingness as a client to enter the love market may affect the cost of services. We are ready to offer the services of a dating coach, copywriter, and translator to make your dating experience as harmonious as possible.
Do you automatically send me out on dates, or do I have to call for an introduction?
The service of meeting live online 1:1 for mutual interest is optional. We recommend starting your acquaintance with such a meeting, but if you are comfortable starting a correspondence directly, you can quickly get the potential date’s contacts.
If I don't like a match you have chosen for me, may I decline?
Under pre-agreed conditions, it is possible to double-search profiles if the client has a reasoned position. The client also has the option of dating coaching to better understand their reasons for continuing the search and focus on their dating needs.
What is the video 1-1 introduction event with Matchmaker?
A unique service from our agency is a live video event with a selected candidate, where the Matchmaker introduces you to each other. The meeting continues in a 1-1 format similar to the first online date. The agency takes care of the entire organization. You don’t have to exchange contacts at the end of the meeting, but you are free to have time to feel what first impression you’ve got. This stage could also be optional.

Yes, sure. Immediately after the preliminary free meeting, we will send you a sample contract.
